**Help Desk Technician**

**O teu propósito na Bravantic**
Integrando o Departamento de Managed Services, terás como propósito garantir a operação normal de todos os serviços e aplicações dos utilizadores bem como a intervenção direta junto do utilizador, focando a minimização do impacto para o negócio causado por falhas de TI.
**As tuas principais responsabilidades**
- Configurar, instalar e configurar softwares, hardware e drivers, em equipamentos TI (computadores, impressoras, portáteis);
- Executar melhorias regulares para assegurar atualização de sistemas/updates;
- Diagnosticar falhas ou erros de sistemas TI/SI;
- Oferecer suporte técnico a utilizadores, através de suporte telefónico e presencial.
**O perfil que procuramos**
- 12º ano de escolaridade;
- Experiência profissional superior a 1 ano em funções de suporte técnico on-site;
- Experiência em plataformas Windows (Workstation);
- Experiência em ferramentas de ticketing (Ex: ServiceNow);
- Conhecimentos ferramentas google;
- Conhecimentos em redes (TCP/IP), Sistemas Operativos e Hardware;
- Bons conhecimentos de Office (Word e Excel) na ótica do utilizador;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e resiliência.
