Procuramos **HelpDesk**, para integrar um projeto profissional no setor do retalho.

**Requisitos**:

- Formação académica relevante, na área de IT
- Mais de 3 anos de experiência como Helpdesk - L1,L2
- Competências em sistemas de ticketing e alarmística - Remedy, ServiceNow, etc
- Experiência em Administração de Sistemas e BD - Backups, Storages, GP, DNS, DC
- Experiência com Redes/Redes sem fio - Swithing, Routing, VPNs, Wi-FI
- Gestão de impressoras, Scanners e outros equipamentos (AVAC)
- Análise de desempenho de sistemas e servidores
- Experiência em gestão de fornecedores de serviços
- Boa capacidade de relacionamento com diferentes interlocutores: gestores de topo, gestores de área e colegas/pares
- Responsabilidade, proatividade e atuação dinâmica
- Capacidade de organização, autonomia e trabalho em equipa
