**CONTENT DEVELOPMENT**

We are a diverse, dynamic, global team of content creators, dedicated to communicating the FARFETCH message to our customers. From copy and imagery to size & fit solutions and localisation, the Content Development umbrella manages end-to-end content and asset creation, creating a unique luxury experience.

Localisation Services is a full service team providing end-to-end, multichannel e-commerce localisation solutions for the FARFETCH marketplace as well as our partner luxury fashion brands. We pride ourselves on delivering world-class client service, from project management of the website build and maintenance through to ongoing e-commerce consultancy. Currently, a fast-growing team, you have the opportunity to gain exposure into all the brilliant things we do. **THE ROLE**

Reporting into the Project Management Lead within the Localisation Services team, you will be coordinating localisation projects for one of our largest key luxury accounts, ensuring the smooth running of all day-to-day translation tasks for their e-commerce content. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project coordination of e-commerce content localisation, with particular focus on product catalogue, brand and marketing, User Experience and operational copy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will be responsible for setting up, briefing and allocating localisation projects through our different translation and production tools.
- You will be responsible for planning and executing the daily workload that requires localisation for the website of our key account partner, creating project trackers and timelines as well as supporting with the direction on the quality management of all localisation projects.
- You will be a driver for a quality and customer focused ethos acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling and resolving requests.
- You will be responsible for the financial operations of the team, reporting accurately the monthly costs and supporting chargebacks and budget reconciliation.
- You will work closely with the Copy Lead and the wider localisation team dedicated to the specific account, supporting them with the planning of the client’s localisation cycle.
- You will be required to export, import and validate assets, prepare files in different Microsoft Office formats and support with their content upload into the content production tools.
- You will build projects on our Translation Management System, analyse content, allocate and see projects end-to-end.
- You will be required to generate monthly reports on wordcount completion and deliver them to both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will act as an ambassador for the Localisation Services team, supporting the implementation of excellent localisation practices across the business.

WHO YOU ARE
- You are a linguist at heart, someone who lives and breathes language
- You are a translation specialist with proven experience of coordinating complex projects (with problem/solution ambiguity)
- You have proven and up to date knowledge of translation memory, machine translation and translation management workflows/software
- You have excellent organisational and communication skills, you are intuitive and highly solution-oriented
- Knowledge of Mandarin would be a plus for this specific role
- You have exceptional people and stakeholder management skills
