DESCRIÇÃO DE **Funções**:
Integrará o departamento de Digital & Brand da Hilti Portugal numa função interativa de contacto com clientes (Portugueses e Espanhóis), via telefone ou digital.
Será responsável pela validação de potencial negócio proveniente das campanhas digitais, limpeza de dados, confirmação de negócios com clientes, converter leads digitais em leads de salesforce, e outras atividades de outbound. O gosto pelo trabalho em equipa num ambiente multinacional é fundamental para esta função, pelo que irá interagir com diferentes equipas dos canais de Vendas da Hilti Portugal e Hilti Espanha, estando físicamente na sede da Hilti Portugal.

**Para o(a) apoiar no desempenho da função terá ao seu dispor um dos softwares mais sofisticados do mercado, fazendo com que fale facilmente com os clientes Hilti e produza os melhores resultados.**

PERFIL DO(A) CANDIDATO(A)
- Formação superior (preferencial);
- Residente no grande Porto;
- Orientação para o cliente e gosto pelo contacto diário não presencial, através de outbounds com clientes não-Hilti em modo de prospeção;
- Proatividade e autonomia para organização de informação;
- Facilidade na utilização de ferramentas digitais e seguimento de processos;
- Orientação para resultados;
- Domínio oral e escrito do Português e Espanhol (obrigatório).
