Thales Portugal is a Competence Centre of the Thales Group, whose mission is to integrate and develop solutions and products for Thales projects worldwide. Having around 220 specialized human resources Thales Portugal has a strong capability to design, develop, and deploy systems and services efficiently in the Defence, Security (Critical Information Systems, Critical Infrastructure and Banking) and Transportation markets.

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

**Your life as Master Data Management Team Member**:
As part of the MDM Team you will be:
Directly supporting the businesses and central team with the Supplier Compliance Data Quality Improvements initiative:

- By being part of the data quality improvement process
- Having a real time feedback of the target process with exchanges among all parties involved in the data collection process
- Testing and adjusting the way data is being collected

Managing on a daily basis TBSS e-ACQ Administration team by:

- Managing the initiation of contacts within the business according to the Group’s roll out plan.
- Managing all tickets raised related to new suppliers set up, data changes, deletion etc as required in accordance to the agreed SLAs between the business and TBSS
- Supporting the Interface development
- Supporting future ERP functionality impact analysis reviews in regards to e-ACQ

Involved in TBSS Process Improvement Plan
- Process Reviews - delivering process improvements within TBSS organization by focusing on the standardization and automation of key processes ensuring that internal customers services quality is maintained.

**About you**
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proficient English level
- You have a good sense of relationship and strong interpersonal qualities (to be able to manage relationships with different cultures within units);
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the analysis and interpretation of data with the capacity to devise and implement solutions.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- And probably the most important of all, motivation to grow and learn with us
