Are you a Spanish speaker who is looking for an opportunity to grow in a multicultural environment? Vertente Humana is currently recruiting **Spanish Speakers** to work in exciting projects for internationally recognized brands.

**Tasks**:

- Explain products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes;
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating the products;
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns;
- Develop and refine the sales process;
- Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects;
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota ;
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used;
- Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.

**Who you are**:

- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish;
- English - Level B2;
- Previous experience in Sales;
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer oriented;
- Flexibility and resilience.
