**About the job**

The purpose of the role is to work within an established Product team to help define and deliver electronic product solutions (e.g. Cortex) for the Repo, Rates and FX businesses. The Product Manager contributes to the development of electronic platforms and covers all Product Development dimensions including delivery of new product features and improvements, industrialisation and performance enhancements, collection of user feedback, identification of new areas of growth and management of continuous deliveries, coordinating the End-to-End processes together with the Global Markets Front-Office Business and IT.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support Senior Product Managers to develop the product strategy for Repo, Rates and FX
- Be a product stakeholder from requirement analysis and definition to User Experience design, technical specification, build, test and deployment.
- Work with the global Sales teams to define business requirements and priorities And with developers to validate and provide business sign-off to new Product releases
- Define data analysis strategies to inform decisions on product development and business delivery
- Perform campaign analysis and build Telemetry reports to optimize our marketing strategy
- Prepare marketing content and assets, working closely with Digital Marketing and Design teams.
- Update marketing assets across our platforms.
- Prepare presentations and communicate progress in a clear and structured manner
- Frequent liaising with the business and IT teams

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Academic background in Finance, Economics
- Experience in Product Management, e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, Repo, FX or Rates
- Interest in project/campaign management
- Strong appetite for Digital technologies
- Expert MS office proficiency (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

- Commerce & Digital (e-C&D) is a cross business / Global Business Line department, responsible for driving the electronification and digitalization of Global Markets. Within the e-Commerce space, our focus is to manage the evolution and the enhancement of our electronic business increasing our footprint, provide efficiency to our clients and our Sales teams. We are also in charge of driving the digital transformation of GM and are directly responsible for monitoring, coordinating and delivering new digital products and services leveraging the GM Lab and Fintechs.
