- Maintain fluid communication channels with key stakeholders and procurement authorities, aligning objectives and navigating challenges.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to troubleshoot issues and optimize operational efficiencies, fostering a seamless client experience.
- Spearhead our digital transformation endeavors by advocating for the utilization of our e-commerce platform and self-service tools, enriching client interactions and operational efficacy.
