Are you a driven sales professional? Do you thrive on cold calls and opening new markets? Then this is the right project for you We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a multinational heating company.

Responsabilidades

1. Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals;
2. Conduct cold calling and set up meetings with potential clients;
3. Develop relationships with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to drive sales;
4. Track all client interactions in the CRM system;
5. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base;
6. Provide product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients;
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service;
8. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requisitos

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
2. 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success;
3. Proven ability to expand markets, either by opening new regions or driving growth in early-stage markets;
4. Fluency in English and Spanish;
5. Proficiency in CRM systems;
6. Excellent cold calling and presentation skills;
7. Strong organizational and time management abilities;
8. Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-driven attitude;
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
