Role Summary

This role focuses on developing and implementing account plans to achieve shared goals with Carrier partners. You will work closely with internal and external partners to drive demand generation, identify new opportunities, and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Business Relationships

Build strong, collaborative relationships with Carrier partners at different executive levels, understanding their focus areas, objectives, and priorities.

Account Plan Development

Develop and implement yearly account plans and quarterly business reviews for each assigned Carrier partner to achieve shared goals and track progress of all partner engagements within the account.

Business Review and Analysis

Conduct regular business reviews to identify gaps, opportunities, and assess progress, gathering and analysing business results and trends to provide insightful recommendations to the Apple leadership team.

Customer Experience Improvement

Work with key partners to drive demand-generation activities, identify new opportunities, coordinate fulfilment logistics, and improve the physical and digital customer experience.

Mobile Business Transformation

Identify sales opportunities and drive mobile business transformation by clearly and effectively delivering iOS messaging to customers, ensuring that the Partners' sales teams are trained properly on Apple solutions and are able to deliver a premium customer experience.
