About The Job

The Product Manager Specialist is responsible to understand market and competitive challenges and translate them into product improvements in a way that delivers value to internal and external customers, coordinate cross functional teams by setting the strategy, roadmap and product features to be implemented, collect, organize and analyze data in a way that can serve the strategic vision for the product (impact analysis, revenues forecast, pricing renegotiation).

Your Main Activities Are

- Develop product enhancements and re‑engineering existing business processes. Work closely with IT for new development and workflow enhancements

- Contribute to Synthetic Prime Brokerage and Delta 1 Platform projects and tasks supervised and supported by Product Development management

- Provide strategic solutions based on changing business requirements

- Coordination for client‑specific requests and enhancements

- Propose solutions to existing manual process and control gaps, working with operational and IT teams for implementation

- Act as a subject matter‑expert and leverage domain expertise to develop innovative solutions

Profile And Skills To Success

- Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Finance or Engineering

- 3‑5 years of exposure to the finance industry

- Fluency in English is mandatory (only applications in English will be considered).

- Proficient in Office package (Excel and Powerpoint)

Our team combines the strengths of traditional Prime Brokerage services with the innovative spirit of the Equity Derivative franchise. This unique combination enables us to anticipate client needs and develop effective solutions to the challenges they face

- Within Prime Services, our Product Development team plays a critical role in product enhancements, re‑engineering of the existing business processes and responding to client demand. We work closely with other areas within the business, including sales, securities lending, and client management, Risk, as well as with transversal teams such as Operations and Technology
