About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Business Partner to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for integrating data insights, providing recommendations, and driving continuous improvement across all stages of the sales funnel. Your expertise will help us achieve our sales and marketing goals and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute tactical elements of sales & marketing to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
- Lead divisional insight reviews and strategy meetings to inform decision-making and drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with the PowerBI team to ensure consistency of reporting and leverage data insights to inform business decisions.
- Maintain best-in-class pipeline hygiene and provide feedback on operational changes where necessary.
- Support the roll-out of sales enablement tools, reporting automation, and empowering leaders to self-serve.
- A strong analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills and experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and/or Finance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to form strong working relationships across matrix team structures.
- Strong Excel skills with expert proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
- A clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities.
