Principais Responsabilidades1. Vendas, Projetos e Gestão de Clientes Consultoria profissional no segmento premium de mobiliário: produtos, materiais e marcas internacionais de luxo (Molteni&C, Baxter, Frigerio, Living Divani, Giorgetti, Modulnova, etc.). Gestão, conhecimento e controlo de todos os projetos em curso no showroom. Conhecimento profundo das marcas e do mercado, com capacidade para aconselhar clientes e designers internos de forma especializada. Acompanhamento de clientes VIP e exigentes, resolução de problemas e fecho de vendas. Análise e validação de contratos, especificações e documentação técnica. Garantir uma experiência completa de luxury customer experience. 2. Gestão de Equipa e Mentoria Mentoria de designers e vendedores do showroom: condução de consultas comerciais, técnicas de fecho de vendas, gestão de objeções, retenção de clientes e aumento do ticket médio. Identificação de pontos fortes e áreas de melhoria da equipa, com planos de desenvolvimento individual. Organização de formações internas sobre produto, marcas, técnicas de venda e padrões de serviço. Resolução de conflitos internos e situações com clientes. Participação no recrutamento, avaliação, integração e acompanhamento de novos colaboradores. Elaboração de escalas de trabalho aos sábados e planeamento de férias. Análise de desempenho individual com base em KPI e resultados. 3. Операционное управление шоурумом Полное знание внутренних процессов: продажи, склады, логистика, поставщики, документация и выставки. Координация текущих проектов, обеспечение соблюдения сроков, качество и эффективная коммуникация. Ответственность за бюджет шоурума, целевые показатели продаж и KPI. Поддержание высочайших стандартов сервиса и имиджа бренда. Сотрудничество с международной командой и прямое подчинение владельцу бизнеса. Требования Опыт Минимум 5 лет проверенного опыта продаж в секторе роскошной мебели или аналогичных сферах. Отличное знание международных мебельных брендов, материалов, производственных процессов и рыночных тенденций. Солидный опыт в управлении командой, наставничестве и развитии талантов. Опыт работы в сложных продажах и проектах, в сотрудничестве с архитекторами и дизайнерами. Компетенции Глубокие знания продукта и профессиональные консультации. Сильные навыки переговоров и закрытия продаж. Опыт управления жалобами, конфликтами и требовательными клиентами. Аналитические способности: бюджет, KPI и управление эффективностью.
