As a leading company in the Dutch mortgage market, we specialize in managing mortgage-related administrative processes within the financial services industry. We are now expanding with a new branch in Portugal and are looking for a dedicated Back Office Administrative Assistant to support our mortgage operations. What will you do? Administrative processing of mortgage applications and changes. Drafting and checking documents, such as invoices, contracts and repayment schedules. Managing customer data in systems and ensuring correct file formation. Reporting errors or irregularities in files or processes. Contributing to process improvement within the organization. Who are we? Quion is one of the largest independent mortgage servicers in the Netherlands. For 20 years, Quion has proudly supervised the management of mortgages and consumer credit for renowned national and international financial organizations with diverse signatures. For these organizations, they are the business partner that helps them serve their clients successfully in a changing world. What do you need for this position? To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who meets the following requirements: Minimum secondary education (Ensino Secundário Profissional/12.º ano) or a MBO level 4 diploma. Strong understanding of English, with a minimum B1 level (Dutch is preferred but not required). Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to adhering to industry requirements and best practices. Experience in an administrative role is a bonus, but not necessary – we'll teach you the skills you need Independent and eager to learn and motivated to be part of an international team.
