The Opportunity We're looking for an ambitious, strategic and entrepreneurial Business Development Lead to drive our international growth. You'll be a frontline ambassador for TRH , leading sales efforts in key European markets and opening new doors in the GCC and North America. You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Business Development and have real influence on our commercial strategy.  Travel: ~30% (mainly Europe, occasional GCC & North America) What you'll do Lead business development and sales in international markets- Own the full sales cycle : from prospecting to closing high-value deals- Identify and engage strategic accounts, regional integrators and lead providers- Design and execute go-to-market plans : targeting, partnerships, events, campaigns- Build and nurture a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities- Work closely with delivery, marketing and leadership on high-impact proposals- Stay ahead of trends in Salesforce, ServiceNow and enterprise cloud What we expect you to bring 5+ years in technology services or enterprise software sales- Proven track record in international business development and
