About the Role:
As a Technical Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch technical support to customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex problems and find innovative solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our Customer Relations Management System.
- Educate customers on best practices and promote positive relationships through empathetic communication.
Requirements:
