Job Description
The primary goal of this role is to optimize business operations by evaluating organization's processes and systems, focusing on data-driven changes and technical implementations. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will:
- Understand business needs and translate requirements for technical teams.
- Gather data by conducting surveys, workshops, and tests.
- Analyze and model data to draw conclusions to support business goals, including those related to technical implementations.
- Assess risks and opportunities by evaluating the potential impact of proposed changes.
- Present recommendations by communicating findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders or technical teams to gain approval and support.
- Document findings, analyses, and recommendations.
- Guide staff through the implementation process to ensure solutions are integrated effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst ideally in large corporations.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSDM/CMDB, and ITOM.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in local and/or hybrid team environments.
- Portuguese and English fluency, written and spoken.
