Dutch language is the primary means of communication in this role as a customer service advisor for an international insurance company based in Lisbon, Portugal. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company that covers and manages risks for its clients across Europe and America.
The company provides various insurance services, including damage and liability insurance, health and provident insurance, reinsurance, and life insurance. As a customer support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for addressing their queries by phone and/or email.
The ideal candidate should have native Dutch language skills (C2 level) and a minimum B2 level in English. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
