At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly skilled German Language Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This customer-facing position involves handling inbound queries via phone, email, and chat, providing high-quality support to customers in German. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in contact centers or sales, with experience in tourism or travel-related industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and efficient support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process bookings and sales, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent German language skills (C2 level and above)
  • Previous customer service experience in a contact center or similar environment
  • Digital literacy and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
  • Multitasking ability and high attention to detail
  • A valid EU member state passport, residence permit for Portugal, or certificate of temporary protection for refugees

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of EUR 1,100 per month (14-month payment structure), with sales bonus potential up to EUR 120.00. As a remote worker, you will enjoy full flexibility and autonomy, including an initial paid training period.
