Role Overview

SmartRecruitments is seeking a skilled Hebrew Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Hebrew support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Hebrew, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and their needs are met
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our services
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer support
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hebrew
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience with a proven track record of providing exceptional support
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer issues efficiently
