Job Title: Hebrew Customer Support Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Hebrew support specialist to join our team at Talent Trail. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in Hebrew, via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities: * Provide timely and effective support to customers in Hebrew * Resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction * Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Document customer interactions and feedback * Collaborate with the team to achieve customer support goals Requirements: * Fluency in Hebrew * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work as part of a team * Prior experience using CRM software and other support tools is a plus Offer: * Salary (incl. meal allowance): 1750 gross month + performance bonus * Full-time position * Private health insurance * 22 days paid vacation per year For candidates from abroad: * Airport pick-up and administrative support for your integration in Portugal * Airline ticket purchased from the company or instant refund after signing the contract * Free annual flight home * Accommodation in a room in a company apartment in Lisbon (or higher salary without accommodation) * Free Portuguese courses, water sports activities, soft trekking and much more Requirements: Note: When you apply for this vacancy, you are giving your GDPR consent to Talent Trail.
