Job Description: As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to existing and prospective customers. You will identify business opportunities, perform analysis of existing and potential customers, create new business and customer relationships, and reach out to leads through cold calling. Your goal will be to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within timelines, while coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments. You will also analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports, and supply management with reports on needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify business opportunities.
- Perform analysis of existing and potential customers.
- Create new business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within timelines.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills in English, a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, and at least one year of experience in Sales. You must be proactive, organized, result-driven, a team player, hungry to grow and learn, and resilient.
