- Ensure efficient communication between clients and business teams.

- Participate in projects to drive business forward.
- Collect data from client communication and build KPIs to improve client experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university.
- Good Microsoft skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and willing to absorb new concepts.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations.
- Strong team player.
- Responsiveness, accountability, and adaptability.
- Good level of English.
