About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Social Media Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers of the Italian market via phone, email, and social media
  • Supply customers with accurate and timely information to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with the content moderation team to ensure high-quality content on our social media platform

Requirements:
  • Native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English
  • Passion for customer service and content moderation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
