About the Role:
Are you passionate about customer service and content moderation? Do you have a native level of Italian and a strong understanding of the Italian market? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Social Media Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers of the Italian market via phone, email, and social media
- Supply customers with accurate and timely information to resolve issues
- Collaborate with the content moderation team to ensure high-quality content on our social media platform
Requirements:
- Native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English
- Passion for customer service and content moderation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
