Your responsibilities will include supplying customers with necessary information, solving issues, and following up on concerns. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to validate written content for a social media platform, ensuring its accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service and support to customers in the Dutch market.
- Validate written content for a social media platform to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the quality of work and share ideas for enhancement.
- Develop expertise in advertisement content and provide advice on its accuracy and quality.
Requirements
- A native level of French and at least a B2 level of English.
- Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support.
- Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be proactive.
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of 850 € gross/month, plus a 50 € language bonus.
- A performance bonus of 120 € from the 4th full month.
- Help with acquiring a Portuguese work permit or nationality that allows work in an EU-country.
- A relocation package of 360 euros per month for the first three months.
