Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative for Social Media, you will provide exceptional support to customers across the Dutch market, addressing their inquiries and concerns through various channels. Your responsibilities will include supplying customers with necessary information, solving issues, and following up on concerns. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to validate written content for a social media platform, ensuring its accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide best-in-class customer service and support to customers in the Dutch market.
  2. Validate written content for a social media platform to ensure accuracy and quality.
  3. Collaborate with the team to improve the quality of work and share ideas for enhancement.
  4. Develop expertise in advertisement content and provide advice on its accuracy and quality.

Requirements

  • A native level of French and at least a B2 level of English.
  • Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support.
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be proactive.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of 850 € gross/month, plus a 50 € language bonus.
  • A performance bonus of 120 € from the 4th full month.
  • Help with acquiring a Portuguese work permit or nationality that allows work in an EU-country.
  • A relocation package of 360 euros per month for the first three months.
