Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative and Content Validator to join our team at Blu Selection. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the quality and accuracy of content on our social media platform.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with our content moderation team to validate written content and ensure its accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or social media.
- Validate written content for accuracy and quality.
- Work collaboratively with the content moderation team to ensure seamless communication.
- Develop strong knowledge of our clients' products and services.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of French and at least a B2 level of English.
- Possess a passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support.
- Have a solid understanding of the value and impact of excellent customer experience.
- Be an attentive listener, comfortable communicating effectively with people.
- Exhibit energy, innovation, and proactivity in your work.
- Show excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
- Hold a valid Portuguese work permit or have a nationality allowing you to work in an EU country.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- An unfixed term contract with a 30-day probation period.
- Full-time employment (40h/week) with shifts operating 24/7, Monday to Sunday.
- A monthly salary of €850 gross, plus a €50 language bonus, and a performance-based bonus of up to €120 from the fourth full month.
- Support for acquiring necessary documents, such as NIF and SSN.
- A relocation package of €360 per month for the first three months.
