Customer Service Representative for Media and Entertainment Company

You're looking for a challenging role in customer service? As a Customer Service Representative for our media and entertainment company, you will be part of an international team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
Job Summary: We are seeking a native French speaker with a good command of English to join our team in Portugal. Your responsibilities will include providing support to customers via various channels, resolving queries related to subscription, invoicing, and technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in a multicultural environment, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolving queries related to subscription, invoicing, and technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly responses
What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A native level of French and a good command of English (B2 minimum)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- No previous experience in customer service is required, as we provide comprehensive training
What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- A competitive salary of 890€ gross per month (14 salaries per year) + performance-related bonus up to €100 monthly
- A meal voucher of 7.23€ per working day
- A full-time job with a 6-month temporary contract
- Rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8AM and 9PM
