Career Opportunities: As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
- Provide account and application support to viewers concerning software functionality
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients
Your Qualifications:
- A high level of English (oral and written)
- Passion for the entertainment and media industry
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
- A positive and can-do attitude
