The core of our team's strength lies in each individual member's unique strengths. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Events Executive to join our vibrant team of event professionals in Portugal.

As a pivotal member, you will be responsible for steering projects from creative conception to post-event support, ensuring exceptional meetings and incentives for corporate clients. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to RFPs, showcasing your expertise and commitment.
  • Crafting compelling, customized proposal presentations and cost estimates tailored to client requirements.
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of Portugal's venues, hotels, restaurants, and activities, fostering strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Proactively following up on pending requests, maximizing conversion to confirmed business.
  • Managing contracting and deposit collection with both clients and suppliers.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for pre-event planning, including creating detailed working documents, menu selection, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating transportation for each group. You will oversee full event management during the operation of the group, issue final invoices, and collect outstanding balances with clients.

We offer competitive compensation, estimated at approximately €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we provide opportunities for growth, creativity, and commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences.

We require a secondary level of education and previous experience in hotel management, food & beverage, hospitality, or events. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating responsibility in project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Office 365 is essential.
