Job Title: Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Körber Pharma Packaging Ag. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the installation of our projects on site, including mechanical and electrical installation activities, management of employees and subcontractors, and ensuring the safety and quality of the work performed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mechanical and electrical project installation activities
  • Supervise the planned work of employees and subcontractors, considering RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement)
  • Report unforeseen situations and issues, attaching a list of problems arising from the installation or work of subcontracted companies
  • Responsible for all safety aspects of the project(s) assigned
  • Guarantee the interfacing with Project Management, Installation Management, Engineering, and customers on project issues
  • Responsible for ordering all accessories required for project execution (site)
  • Report all project activities to the project manager, anticipating possible problems that can threaten the planning and respective deadlines
  • Assist the Site Manager and H&S Advisor to ensure that safe systems of work are always employed on site to achieve zero accidents
  • Provide First Aid assistance when needed, on site
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships both internally and externally
  • Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods
  • Certify compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment, and safety
  • Guarantee the information reporting for the management area (performance indicators) in order to provide the necessary information for decision-making processes
