About the Role:

As Sales Specialist, you will engage in the Connect, Shop, and Buy phases of the customer journey, helping customers explore features and benefits of products and services. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a seamless experience, similar to visiting a physical store. Your duties may include providing information about the store, including location and hours, upon request.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers via phone or chat
  • Determine product and service needs
  • Provide detailed information about store locations and hours
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Native written and speaking Turkish level (B2)
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Service-minded attitude
  • Previous sales experience required
Eligibility:

You must be eligible to work in Portugal, possessing either a valid work permit or EU passport. Unfortunately, we do not support visa sponsorship, so applicants surplus to requirements cannot be considered.
