Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research/Lead Generation Manager to join our team at Twinwingames. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through mass communication, identifying potential prospects, and building relationships with clients.
">About the Role:
">This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and marketing. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring that we consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
">Your Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities through mass communication, such as email and social media">
- Identify potential prospects and conduct research to determine their needs and pain points">
- Build and cultivate relationships with clients to move opportunities through the sales funnel">
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve our marketing and sales strategies">
- Work with our CRM system to manage data for new and prospective clients">
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards">
- Demonstrate excellent client service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office products">
About You:
">We are looking for a professional with 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or inside sales. You must have demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and activity quotas, excellent client service skills, and upper-intermediate English language skills.
