Job Summary:

Bespoke Recruitment Limited seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with excellent language skills in German to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, solving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound calls: Handle customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Sell packages of the product: Upsell or cross-sell products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Cross-Sell or Upsell packages and associated products: Offer customers additional products or services that complement their initial purchase.
  • Customer support for post-booking and booking management: Provide assistance to customers before, during, and after their booking process.
  • Support travel agents with bookings and booking management: Collaborate with travel agents to ensure seamless booking experiences for customers.
  • Cross-Sell or Upsell packages and associated products: Offer customers additional products or services that complement their initial purchase.
  • Customer support for post-booking and booking management: Provide assistance to customers before, during, and after their booking process.

Requirements:

  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
  • Excellent language skills in German and ability to communicate effectively
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Patient and empathetic approach when dealing with customers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €1,100 per month, plus the possibility of sales bonuses up to €120 per month. Additionally, you will receive a meal allowance of €6 per working day paid in a meal card. Health insurance is also provided.

Training and Development:

You will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. The training duration is 30 calendar days, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of customer service. During this period, you will be expected to work rotative shifts within the schedule below:

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00h - 17:00h (occasionally, you must have availability from 08:00h - 19:00h)

  • 2 days (rotative)
