Key responsibilities include:

  1. Remaining well-informed about the industry and company operations to deliver expert advice.
  2. Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
  3. Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when addressing customer concerns.
  4. Identifying and directing customers to relevant services when necessary.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Native-level proficiency in French and excellent English language skills.

A genuine interest in customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.

An open-minded attitude towards languages and nationalities.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:

A competitive salary package consisting of 1040€ gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or 1240€ gross/month without accommodation.

A relocation package for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight tickets back to your home country within the EU.

Private health insurance, free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.

22 days of paid holidays and observance of Portuguese public holidays.
