About the Job
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients who use various paid products. Your primary responsibility will be to provide general and technical support, escalating complex problems according to defined procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer top-notch customer support via various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot issues related to video playback, account management, membership, and content ID rights.
- Provide guidance on monetization strategies and help customers optimize their channel performance.
About You
To excel in this position, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a native-level proficiency in Portuguese with fluency in English (B2).
A minimum of 12 months of experience in Customer Support within a Contact Center is required. You should also have a good understanding of BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs. Additionally, strong computer handling skills and research capabilities are essential.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €35,000 - €45,000 per year, taking into account the location and industry standards. This figure may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
