Job Description: As a Customer Success Engineer (Access & Networks), you will be part of our team responsible for productizing and supporting Cloud and Access Gateways that deliver Internet, Video, and Voice services to clients globally. This role is based in Maia, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to set up demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Assist customers in the initial setup and configuration of their network solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and integration.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring their network systems operate efficiently.
  • Bug identification and testing of new features for developers.
  • Update training materials and documentation for colleagues.
  • Collect and report issues to Product Managers.
  • Daily communication and relationship-building with customers to engage and guide them.
  • Handle product support calls and email inquiries professionally.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Electronics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Cisco and/or other Networks vendors certifications.
  • Familiarity with multi-service network architectures to support IPTV, VoIP, Wi-Fi.
  • Ability to install and configure networking equipment.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and QoS.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues.
  • Experience with network security and firewall configurations.
  • Familiarity with the Linux command line.
  • Experience with Scripting Languages (e.g., bash).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Estimate Salary Range: Based on market conditions, industry standards, and the location, the estimated salary range for this position is €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
