Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Answer customer inquiries via our ticket system
  • Deliver software demonstrations to showcase our solutions
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Native or near-native level of English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Spanish or French is mandatory
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good technical skills and experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
