Customer Support Specialist, Multilingual Expert

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Answer customer inquiries via our ticket system
- Deliver software demonstrations to showcase our solutions
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Native or near-native level of English is mandatory
- Knowledge of Spanish or French is mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Good technical skills and experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
- Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
