Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to technical queries, analyzing problems, and providing assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. You will work closely with other Bosch sites, departments, and colleagues to ensure seamless support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical queries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance customer support
- Ensure high first-level resolution rate and quality of support
Requirements:
- Technical education in IT systems or relevant experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in German and English languages (C1 and B2 levels respectively)
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Working knowledge of SAP and automotive electronics is an advantage
