Digital Advertising Specialist for Polish Market

Location: Lisbon, City Center. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, 2 days off per week).
About the RoleAs a Digital Advertising Specialist for the Polish market, you will be supporting an industry-leading client in achieving their advertising goals while expanding your own skill set in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
You will work with small and medium businesses (SMBs), helping them navigate and succeed within the digital advertising landscape. As part of our top-performing sales team, you will be a vital resource in driving client success by connecting businesses with tailored advertising solutions that maximize their growth potential.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to new and existing clients by phone and email to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Business Development: Acquire new advertisers within the SMB segment, helping them succeed in the digital advertising landscape.
- Consultative Sales: Offer expert advertising solutions and personalized recommendations by leveraging client data, helping them meet business objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify clients for transfer to skilled Account Managers, setting them up for long-term success.
- Product Feedback: Capture customer insights and share them internally, contributing to the continuous improvement of advertising products.
- Tools and Systems: Utilize MS Excel, Salesforce, and other CRM tools to efficiently manage and track client interactions.
- Training: Comprehensive 12-day onboarding program (in English) to ensure your success.
- Salary Options:
- Option 1: €1,227.33 per month, including base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, and a food allowance.
- Option 2: €1,040.66 gross per month, including room allowance, base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, and a food allowance.
- Relocation Support:
- Airport pick-up and assistance with Portuguese registration.
- Flight cost reimbursement upon arrival and yearly complimentary two-way ticket (within the EU).
- Company-rented accommodation for 14 months in a fully equipped, furnished apartment.

- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with shifts confirmed 4 weeks in advance for better planning.
