Job Title: Business Development Executive - Polish Market Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Cross Border Talents team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Business Development Executive - Polish Market Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to prospective clients in the Polish market.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts and close sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Market Trends: Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities in the Polish market.
  • Sales Activities: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native Polish language proficiency and English proficiency at a B2 level or above.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
