Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving online business conversion rates and providing an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role
  • Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
  • Become an expert on Zendesk products
  • Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions
  • Conduct discovery calls, provide demos and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk
  • Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity. You will also have a shared revenue target to contribute to
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis
Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • 1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
  • Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution against a task

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience. At Zendesk, we offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and a hybrid work schedule.
