Customer Success Manager for Specialized Product Delivery

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at Phiture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering SaaS solutions and data products, with a proven track record of fostering strong customer engagement and leading to successful product deliverables.

In this role, you will work closely with our product and sales teams to ensure clear communication to our customers, developing and maintaining customer support and sales materials. You will also act as the knowledge expert on products and solutions, providing guidance on the most effective means of implementation.

We are looking for a collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about inspiring others and creating a culture of teamwork. If you have a customer success mindset focused on delivering solutions that are scalable, leverage innovative technologies, and delightful for end-users, we want to hear from you

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Coaching efforts will support our customers in implementing our products and solutions in ways that add value for their businesses, ultimately supporting our customers in their strategic goals.
  • You will conduct product demonstrations, develop and deliver training sessions, and host webinars.
  • You will engage with users to improve their ability to utilize our products and solutions to derive insights and support business decisions.
  • You will visualize available data across multiple Mastercard solutions to demonstrate the strength of insights available to Mastercard customers.
