At TN Portugal, we are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan for Brazilian brands, reflecting the local culture and sports/gaming.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer management skills and be able to analyze campaign results to improve effectiveness. They will work closely with other team members to develop monthly marketing plans and execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions
  • Analyze campaign results and focus on effectiveness improvements
  • Create and implement content in web, email, direct messages, and other channels
  • Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan
  • Report directly to the local team leader

Requirements:

  • Native Brazilian + fluent in English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove
  • Online sports betting and gaming experience
