- Provide high-quality support to customers through various channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, payment methods, and shipping.
- Handle customer emails to provide support.
Requirements:
- Native English language proficiency.
- Passion for the beauty and make-up industry, with relevant studies or experience preferred.
- Relocation to Lisbon, Portugal, and adaptation to a new culture.
- Enjoyment of traveling, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and learning about cultures.
- Prefers a collaborative team environment with colleagues from Europe.
- Motivated, reliable, and adaptable.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
What We Offer:
- Ten-month temporary contract.
- Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 8am to 7pm.
- Competitive compensation package, including a monthly gross salary, performance bonus, meal vouchers, reimbursement of transportation costs, private health insurance, and dental plan after six months.
- Reimbursement for initial flight ticket after four months and four months' accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company if living outside Portugal.
