Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Abroad Experience. As a key member of our logistics and transportation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage daily incoming orders and calls, registering all contact moments in our CRM system.
- Act on customer complaints, following up actively and accurately with a problem-solving mindset and providing regular updates to the customer.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product and sales information, liaising with internal departments on stock and financial issues.
- Proactively call customers on overdue invoices, working to resolve the issue and collect payment.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO education (obtained through education or work experience).
- German native or near-native language skills; excellent English language skills.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong problem-solving and anticipation skills.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Multitasking and flexible, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a decisive, hands-on, and proactive personality.
- Available to work full-time, with working hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- Excellent MS Office, Excel, and Outlook skills, with experience using ERP systems.
