Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to join our global team at Amgen Sa in Lisbon, Portugal. This role will be responsible for coordinating complex technical and audit-related projects as part of the Cybersecurity & Digital Trust (CDT) team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles and practices, including scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of projects, including developing and reporting periodic project and financial indicators relating to project objectives, risks, costs, and trends. You will also work closely with technical leads to identify key work products, ensure cross-functional alignment, and execute plans to meet project goals.

  • Project management exposure across the full lifecycle of an IT-focused project - scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management and using a diverse set of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, DevOps).">
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, works effectively under minimal supervision, and places priority on the successful completion of team goals.">
  • Knowledge of working in ambiguous scenarios, with a solid understanding of business analysis skills and successful decision making, based on holistic thinking.">
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly, adapt technically, and translate complex topics or issues into actionable plans for team execution.">

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
