Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is €35,000 - €45,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role will involve providing technical support to creators and users of our online video streaming platform via email, chat, and phone. You will be responsible for identifying issues, resolving problems, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience in contact centers with B2C and/or B2B environments
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Polish and Russian, with fluency in English
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective customer support
  • Good understanding and active listening capabilities
  • EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Work Permit required
