About the Role

Teleperformance Portugal is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our CPE (Customer Productivity and Efficiency) team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to customers using the Partner Center Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues related to the Partner Center Platform
  • Determine areas of improvement for our technical support processes
  • Collaborate with Technical Advisors and PG teams to provide feedback and insights
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings by resolving issues efficiently and escalating when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date technical skills through ongoing training and platform readiness programs

Requirements

  • Fluent level of English (minimum B2) and Italian
  • Previous experience working with M365 technology (SPO, EXO)
  • Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes)
  • Knowledge of basic API and Networking concepts
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and C# (a plus)
