Technical Support Specialist for Microsoft Cloud Platform

About the Role
Teleperformance Portugal is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our CPE (Customer Productivity and Efficiency) team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to customers using the Partner Center Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues related to the Partner Center Platform
- Determine areas of improvement for our technical support processes
- Collaborate with Technical Advisors and PG teams to provide feedback and insights
- Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings by resolving issues efficiently and escalating when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date technical skills through ongoing training and platform readiness programs
Requirements
- Fluent level of English (minimum B2) and Italian
- Previous experience working with M365 technology (SPO, EXO)
- Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes)
- Knowledge of basic API and Networking concepts
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and C# (a plus)
