Technical Support Specialist for Microsoft Cloud Services

As a Technical Support Specialist for Microsoft Cloud Services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers on the Partner Center Platform. Your primary goal will be to resolve technical customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Support deliveries and work with customers to resolve technical customer issues on the Partner Center Platform
* Determine technical support pain areas while working with customers
* Provide feedback and details to Technical Advisors and PG teams
* Achieve CPE team goals and time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors
* Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and Platform training
Requirements
* Native Spanish speaker
* Fluency in English
* Previous interaction with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) required
* Basic Active Directory troubleshooting skills (users, mailboxes) required
* Knowledge of Basic API and Networking required
* Understanding of Basic programming (Python, C#) a plus
