Amgen Capability Centre Portugal, a top-ranked company in Best Workplaces, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Meeting and Contract Support Services Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting contract management, Purchase Order lifecycle management, Healthcare Professionals contracting, and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes.

About the Role

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day Administration and Contract Support Services (ACSS) across different functions. As an ACSS Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality support services. You will also work closely with stakeholders to provide administrative assistance and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support contract management activities, including contract review, negotiation, and administration.
  • Manage Purchase Orders from initiation to closure, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals to coordinate contracts, sponsorships, and fees for service/donations/educational processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the ACCP team, including data compilation, document management, and report preparation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A University Degree, preferably in business or a science-based subject.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in an administrative support role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
